Standard tracked shipping is free on every order. Any additional methods and final delivery estimates are shown before payment.

Our careful fulfillment team processes your order and creates any optional personalized tags within 24–72 hours. We're currently experiencing high demand, so free tracked delivery after dispatch takes approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees.

Yes. You have 60 days from confirmed delivery to try any FourPaw dog product on normal everyday walks. If it is not right, choose a free exchange or your money back. No questions asked. Adding an included personalized tag does not remove the base product from the promise.

Email info@fourpawco.com with your order number and tell us whether you prefer an exchange or your money back. Please do not send an item back until we provide the correct return destination and instructions.

For a free exchange requested within 60 days, we cover standard return shipping and standard shipping for the replacement. For a money-back return, return-postage responsibility follows the current Refund Policy. We cover reasonable return shipping for a confirmed defect, damage, or fulfillment error.
